Looking to get my first watch just so I have a decent watch compared to some of my coworkers. I'll end up buying a Tag or Breitling towards Christmas time but I just need something to hold me over for the moment. Here are my personal thoughts on each one: http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/victori...-large-bracelet-watch/3183060?origin=category I really like the style and classic look of the watch above and would personally buy a leather strap to go along with it. It fits my wrist perfectly at 42 mm. My only complaints are its too fancy looking IMO to go with everyday wear and I slightly don't like the all black look of it. I like bracelet on this watch a lot more than the other. http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/victori...ic-xls-bracelet-watch/3126566?origin=category This watch I love the style of it more than the other, but there are 2 major things I do not like about this watch. It's 45 mm so it is a very large watch and I don't a watch that appears too large. As a reference I'm 6 feet 190 lb so I'm a fairly large guy and all the sales reps tell me it fits my wrist fine but I feel like they're just trying to make a sale. The 2nd thing that really bothers me is the red second hand, I just think it's a little tacky. Pros of this watch it is a great sporty everyday watch. Price isn't a problem between the two since they're both around the same price. So...Which one do you like? Thanks.
We already have several posters here currently using the "I'm richer than you" shtick. Don't delude the product, please.
I'd think that this is more your style: http://www.bradfordexchange.com/pro...ronto&utm_campaign=Direct&utm_term=1700106001
I can't see it because that link is blocked at work for some reason but from the description it looks like its alluding to my moniker.
I like that style of watch, but Raymond Weil isn't really a quality watch maker. They're a designer that buys generic swiss parts and stamps their name on it. The Tag I am looking to get after saving up a little looks like it: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/tag-heu...origin=category&fashionColor=&resultback=1300 I can't see the link because its blocked at work but from the description it seems to be alluding to my moniker.
Disagree. Not sure where you're getting that impression but to me they are the best "bang for the buck" Swiss brand out there. Sapphire dial with automatic movement for $1300?
If cf was wrestling, we already have some million dollar man characters. We need more jake the snakes and bushwhackers.
why would u buy a watch from a swiss army knife maker? it's like going to sweden to pick up asian chicks
