    we need an enforcer in the playoffs.

    imagine having metta world peace and patrick beverley. no one would want it with us.

    Metta at the stretch 4 would be nice. Be nicer if he changed his name back to Artest, or even Tru Warrier. :grin:

    What is up with you guys wanting to convert SFs to Stretch 4s. The goal of every coach should be maximize the potential of their players... not to put them in a position that doesn't.


    Danny Granger, Marcus Morris, MWP, Omri Casspi are not Stretch 4 players.

    Dirk Nowitzki, Ryan Anderson, Kevin Love are stretch 4 players.

    He's not the same anymore. He's slow on defense and chucks bad shots. He may come up big from time to time but he's been more of a negative than a positive at this point of his career.

    You know how McHale was forced to go to DMo vs. PHX because TJones couldn't handle switching on defense?

    Granger would be a much better option to go to than a C in DMo, a sieve in Casspi or over-aggressive Garcia.

    I know he isn't what he used to be, but honestly he's better than our current options at 4 against the likes of Dirk, LMA, Griffin, Ibaka, etc.
