Harden played plenty off ball when in OKC. He can hit the mid range shot, just can't create it quite yet...that takes experience.

Harden is 23, not in his prime until 3-5 more years...

I see you haven't been watching the thunder. Why is ibaka averaging 15ppg?

When Harden was out there, he was the primary ball-handler, sure there were obviously times when he was just standing in the corner for 3, but most of the time he was controlling the game.

Harden needs to learn the play without the ball, because he is just kills ball-movement when the rock is in his hands.

Dude, last year the Thunder's assists were much higher with Westbrook on the bench (and Harden on the court).

I feel like I should just ignore anyone with a join date July 2012 or later.

because last season westbrook passed less the shot more?

my point is, high assists does not always make you a great passer... sometime you just have great teammates who can turn your pass into assists...

I'm not comparing harden to westbrook LOL

yeah Lin might end up being the better decision maker and leader out of the two when their careers are over

I think the real question becomes.

Can Lin and Harden which is basicly:

A Harden and a lesser Harden become,
A half Lin, half Harden mass of destructive machinism.

No. You need consistency for that to happen.

Besides, they are more like Lebron and D-Wade.

In point guard form of course. And probably a way better shooter than D-Wade and a very inconsistent, not as good Lebron.

I don't see any issue with Lin & Harden co-existing. May take some time, but should be possible.

Or, one of them can come off the bench. No knock on whoever that might be. I mean, Harden used to do it in OKC and Ginobili still does for the Spurs.

    LOL!

I don't have a dog in you two's arguments. But this is just so funny.

A newbie who joined 6 months and had 30 something posts making fun of another newbie for joining 1 month ago and had 30 something posts.

Again, nothing against you. It is just so funny.

Why would you want to model Harden-Lin after Harden-Westbrook anyway? The Thunder was winning in spite of the Harden-Westbrook tandem, not because of it.

Harden isn't even fit to hold Durant's jockstrap and Lin can't hold Westbrook's. Lets not joke around here. Harden is nothing like Durant. He can't score at will like Durant and gets shut down easily. He is also too reliant and getting good calls.
