I'm not one to gossip, but I thought this was too funny to pass up...I have no idea if it's true or not, but at the very least can provide some comic relief: June 1, 2006 -- Rocky shoals for Bush marriage? Informed sources Inside the Beltway report that First Lady Laura Bush has established temporary residence in the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC as a result of a tiff with President Bush over an extramarital relationship involving her husband. Mr. Bush's tryst is said to involve Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. It is not known how long Mrs. Bush plans to remain at the Mayflower, however, her security detail has been present at the hotel during hours when the First Lady would normally be residing in the White House. While she was National Security Adviser, Rice, who has never been married, referred to George W. Bush as "my husband" before she corrected herself and said, "the president." Rice was speaking at a dinner when she made her "husband" remarks. June 3, 2006 -- WMR can report that a Mayflower Hotel staffer has confirmed that First Lady Laura Bush spent at least one night this past week at the hotel, which is four blocks north of the White House. Mrs. Bush reportedly moved out of the White House after a confrontation with President Bush over his on-going affair with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. The Mayflower's official position on the story is that they can "neither confirm nor deny" the identities of their guests. Because it's penchant for security and secrecy is well known to the Secret Service, the Mayflower has become a reliable hotel for U.S. and international VIPs. Some Washington observers believe that the recent flare up between Laura Bush and the president stems from the fact that her poll numbers are twice as favorable as her husband's (60 percent to 29 percent). Laura Bush's recent solo missions to New Orleans, Colorado, and an AIDS conference at the United Nations represent a virtual declaration of independence from the most unpopular president in U.S. history. "She's [Laura's] taking a page right out of Hillary's book," said one Washington pundit. Rice, on the other hand, has been very close and loyal to Bush since she signed on as his chief foreign policy adviser in 2000. WMR has been told of intimate encounters between Mr. Bush and Rice on trips to New York City (multiple occasions) and New Orleans following Katrina. June 4, 2006 -- More on George W. Bush's "Sanctity of Marriage" gay marriage constitutional ban. George W. Bush's marital problems have just taken another turn for the worse. Apparently, Mr. Bush has not only engaged in an extra-marital affair with a member of the opposite sex who is also a senior member of his Cabinet, but also a member of the same sex. WMR received the following release this morning from Leola McConnell, Democratic candidate for Governor of Nevada (who has been endorsed by WMR). McConnell is a one-time professional dominatrix. "President Bush's speech to the nation Monday. If he doesn't say he's a gay American or at the least a bisexual one then he shouldn't be making one at all. And the notion that it would be in regards to writing bigotry into our nation's Constitution is reprehensible. Too bad it isn't me doing the rebuttal because in 1984, I watched him perform (with the enthusiasm of homosexual male who had done this many times before) a homosexual act on another man, namely Victor Ashe. Victor Ashe is the current Ambassador to the nation of Poland who should also come out like former Governor McGreevey of New Jersey and admit to being a gay American. Other homo-erotic acts were also performed by then private citizen George Bush because I performed one of them on him personally. I am the woman this website (bushssecretlifein84.tripod.com) speaks of that has been posted on the net nearly two years now. None of this would be the business of anyone but President Bush's little ruse to save his failed presidency by using DOMA [Defense of Marriage Act] to divide Americans one from the other has to be exposed as the act of a desperate closeted homosexual man. The only crime in being GLBT is in the hiding. The President needs to come clean with the American people about his own past sexual behavior before he tries to besmirch the humanity of people in search of sincerely committing to the same bonds of matrimony he's afforded. He violated his own vows of monogamy having a homosexual affair with a long time family friend of whom his wife had no knowledge. His hypocrisy seems to know no bounds. I had planned to run for governor of Nevada without going into any of this but his planned nationally televised address to the nation makes it necessary for me to address his attempt at division in as public a way as he picked to try this Bushification of reality regarding same sex marriages. Sincerely, Leola McConnell Liberal Democratic candidate for Governor of Nevada" http://www.waynemadsenreport.com/
I too am not one to gossip, but in scouring the Internet I found the following at: http://thenewiranian.blogsite.org/ June 1, 2006 -- Rocky shoals for Ahmadinejad marriage? Informed sources Inside the Beltway report that First Lady Debbie Ahmadinejad has established temporary residence in the Hostage Hold Inn in Tehran as a result of a tiff with President Ahmadinejad over an extramarital relationship involving her husband. where you that astros fan in the commercial they kept on playing during the world series? i could've swore he threw a vamos los astros in there
If it was the "whistle" guy, that wasn't me. "Vamos Los Astros" was a song they used to sing/play at the games back in the 80s.
so u don't think your boy the decider is getting it on with condi "my husband oops i mean the president" rice?
Perhaps Hey I didn't make this Bush, Laura, Condi love triangle stuff up unlike you and your little Iran blog there, which is completely unrelated to this thread, but I wouldn't expect anything less from an Iran basher like you. You should go and worry about the Astros
How have I ever bashed Iran? I believe the only real comment(s) I made with respect to Iran was I argued with you concerning the "compromise" in that one thread. Please point out any actual Iran bashing I have done.
Beauty, brains and a lack of inhibition? Put those three together, you have the perfect woman. Separately, there all still out of my league. I actually believe Bush is completely loyal to his wife. As an unsuccessful businessman with a President War Veteran father to live up to, that drinking problem could have ended badly were Laura not there to put her foot down, and give him something to live for. Sorry for reviving this tread.
I always thought that Rice calling Bush, "my husband," and coming from a woman who's never married (not that there's anything wrong with that!), and who hasn't had a boyfriend that I've heard of (unusual one hasn't popped into the public eye at some point, with the microscope these people are put under by the press) was beyond strange. I remember posting about this when she said it. As I recall, I said something like, "does anyone, anyone, know of a woman who's ever made a slip like that? Referring to a guy as her husband, who wasn't??" Truly bizarre. Of the triangle, Laura is the only one I like. She's a pretty classy lady, who's put up with an amazing amount of BS from her husband during their marriage. I just find it hard to believe Bush would be having an affair with Rice. She's smarter than he is, and looks like she's been beat with an ugly stick. Does not compute! Keep D&D Civil.
