I would take Josh Smith back. But I also want to see Joe Chee get some development with the team as a 10 minute per game bench player. I remember when everyone thought Porzingas was too thin to play and needed 2 or 3 seasons to grow and learn. I know, I know...draft position. But I think Joe Chee with his 3point shot and long arms for blocking shots and rebounds has a great shot at rotation minutes this year maybe. Of course like everyone else, I want to see us get that backup PG/Combo guard for protection against injury to any of our 3 guard monster. I would love a vet instead of a developmental player. BB is taking up the developmental slot, even though he is not there for that. Any of Barbosa, Udrih, Brooks, Cole, D. Williams, etc. players like that who would be willing to ride the bench until an injury or garbabe time, would be AWESOME for us at vet min.
