    I find it hard to believe that someone would intentionally or negligently kill a person that pays them $200k a month.

    eh, 4 years is nothing, I bet the prison will be the same one Bernie Madoff got sent to. Plus losing his medical license has no effect either, who would ever want to be this guy's patient after this? License or no license he will not be practicing.

    He has a storage unit down the hall from me. It was crazy the day they raided it. The storage unit owner ended up on the front page of the Chron and on TMZ.

    that's why he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter...

    it doesn't appear he was trying to kill him, but did so involuntarily... via his negligence.

    You are looking at it the wrong way, that $200K was exactly why he acted negligently, he didn't want to lose the cash inflow.
