I think this is closer to the truth, I would not jump to say he is CP3 level yet. But as he grows accustom to starting and playing elite guards he will. He has an ability to rise to the level of his opposing player and win. I think this guy has the tools to become elite, IMO he's on the doorstep. I really can't wait for the playoffs, we will get to see how great he really is.

Morey can't let this guy go, I seriously think he is the All Star we've been waiting for. Cut some loose ends this summer, get some more talent around Goran and we can start competing. IMO.

I wasn't high on the man when we got him, but Ive seen him do stunning things this year. His play has made me a believer.

Nothing said about Dragic in that article was wrong. He definitely lacks elite athleticism.

It wasn't so much that they gave up on him. It was more that they saw Brooks as an elite scorer at the pg. It could have been the owners decision. He watched Brooks in the playoffs and became enamored with him. Plus Dragic is playing better as a starter now than he did as a starter for the Suns.

I would agree with you, but he said "elite". I would think elite means on the level of a D Rose, J Wall, Westbrook, etc.

I NEVER thought Goran might make Lowery expendable. I always thought he was a hell of a great backup to Nash. Brooks? Brooks? Who's that ?

Don't know why the guy is saying dragic is not athletic. He's a really good athlete with lateral quickness and explosion.

Dragic usually prefromed well as a starter or with a big chunk of playtime. Last year, in games with 30+ minutes, he averaged 14.8 and 7.5. That's not bad at all.
