This is perhaps the most vile and ugly post that I've witnessed in years here. You really don't have time for basketball. You should try to figure out how to be a decent human first.

Although Morey does deserve a little credit, his moves have been more lateral moves to save money as opposed to winning a championship. He's the right guy in saving money and lowballing his assets, but he's the wrong guy for us long term. Especially if he's convincing Les to get rid of Adelman to "save money". Terrible move

Morey inherited a 50 win team that can't get past the first round. Since you believe he's only made lateral moves, what you're saying is that the following lineup is only capable of 50 wins and a first round exit?

    Yao/Hayes
    Scola/Landry
    Battier/CBud
    T-Mac/Lee
    Lowry/Dragic or Brooks
(Martin/Hill/T-Mac trade would not have occured in such a scenario)

I personally would think that's a contender. But that's just me.

Morey is only good at saving money? I guess that's why were in luxury tax zone, then. There's no evidence Morey only makes moves to save money (with the exception of obvious moves like Jeffries and Andersen, dumping non-rotation players) and lateral moves. Landry for Martin? Ariza for Lee?

If anything, morey has been too LOOSE with the purse strings. Not extending AB or Landry wasn't stingy, it was effective business strategy.

What a dumb post. So I guess overpaying miller and ariza were costcutting moves. Landry for Martin and Ariza for Lee are just "lateral" moves. Do you even watch the Rockets?

Were paying the luxury tax for crying out loud. What are you smoking? Not extending contracts isn't stingy, its effective business strategy that maximizes leverage.
