This could mean no Dragic if we were looking to dangle one of our bigs...

Let's say we even had a 5% chance of getting him. Now it's probably like zero.

Allows us to see what value the Pelicans' pick has now.

So Boston has like 800 picks at this point, right?

    Are they going for it?

    They have Len and Plumlee.

Both of which had been playing really well for them. Super Duper Confused.

This season is useless without picks.

The pick is lottery protected I believe. (or actually 1-12). If it isn't conveyed in the next two years it turns into two second rounders. Which, with the direction of Minnesota, seems likely.

The Wolves pick the Suns receive is top 12 protected. Wolves will easily get a top 5 pick, so Celts won't get to use it next year and Suns are making a push for the... 8th seed? Need Channing Frye esque shooter , not Wright

That's a pretty good get for the Suns then.

Looks like the Suns are going all in. Might as well cheer for them now and hope they can keep OKC out of the playoffs lol

I don't think he is too much of an upgrade over the big men they have now.

edit.....dingus said what the protection was first

If trading for Brandan is wrong, I don't wanna be Wright.

Boston needs to stink more. They've got 800 mid first rounders, a few 8-10 picks, and they'll likely get nothing out of it. top 5 picks are what runs the league.

Pick is top 12 protected next two years, second rounder after that.
