Lillard. .9 seconds away from celebrating Parsons' game winning layup. All of the sudden he is a huge hero. Game 7 is at home. Rockets have a 2 game winning streak and won 3 out of last 4. Probable 1-3 comeback if Lillard misses that shot. All of the sudden Rockets aren't a 1st round loser. Does that impact a FA decision? Maybe, maybe not.

The Lillard shot for me, especially with how that series went. Morey has had the rug pulled right from under him before and he's shown that he can turn an unfavorable situation into something even better than the original plan would have.

Obviously this. We had a chance to be an elite team for multiple years. That Lillard shot just provided some short term pain. Barring a Morey miracle, this Bosh stuff just ruined us.

Lollards shot caused us to fall out if the playoffs-> that caused no big free agents to sign with Houston

What if we went into the second round and "shocked the world". FAs would pay attention for sure then.

Even if we went into the second round and lost (95% of that happening) we still would look better and would still attract more FA attention.

Harden + Howard = first round exit? Doesn't look enticing

Think of it like this, as talented as we were last year, we got gutted in the first round.

The Bosh debacle makes us WORSE than the team that got bounced by Portland. We are now a worse team that lost to the f'n Blazers in 6 games.

    This is much worse.

After Lillard's shot I went outside the bar and sat by myself for awhile and ended up passing out in a parking lot...

    This still feels way worse.

No Bosh makes the chances of Dwight + Harden leaving soon much higher

Unless Morey can pull another rabbit out of the hat. There really aren't that many free agents left this summer.

This because Morey lost assets that he didn't have to lose...

Now we have to hope that our young players DO evolve. We need more out of D-Mo and Jones and Beverly. If Parsons returns he needs to play like a Max player as well...

We just lost some assets and that is way worse.

In the end, we should have never gave Lin that money. We paid for that in the end.

You can honestly blame this shot for costing us not only a game 7 and the second round, but so many free agents. I think the refs calls were in huge favor of portland mostly due to politics and the nbas need to appease lakers fans amongst other dwight haters. The truth is it cost us at least one of these big name free agents. I think one of bosh or melo tell their wives they really want to go to houston if we win that series and lose to the spurs.

    BOSH

Either way Lilliad sinking that shot or not we knew we had a major hole at PF

Bosh would have filled that hole

Come on it's obviously Bosh. Lillard's shot only screws us for one season. Bosh's decision has lasting negative effects.
