Absolutely - my point was that Portland doesn't want the same BSPN bullshit dragging them through the mud because they didn't give Melo a chance. Which is funny because we did give him a chance and he stunk so bad.

Blazers lost to a Cavs team that didn't have Kevin Love. I don't put it on Melo per se, but he may not be the savior they're looking for.

They made a good point at the end of that game on NBATV basically, they lost a lot of pure hustle guys like Al Farooq Aminu, Harkless, Leonard...and replaced them with Carmelo Anthony, Whiteside... I mean basically guys notorious for not having hustle. You then add that to the fact that their two best players, Dame and CJ, are completely terrible defending DESPITE them giving effort and...this is what you get I guess. It's not like Dame and CJ don't try to play defense...they simply cant. It's not like Harden who just gets lazy sometimes, Harden can play defense when he feels like it, these guys just can't. Then you add notoriously lazy effort and no defense playing Melo and a guy like Whiteside that never gave a bleep and you are giving these guys...25+ minutes a night?
Looking forward to another Melo interview where he tells us how clear cut Blazers organization has been with regards to his role, how awesome they have been, and how amazing everything has been and will be. This organization was once known as Jailblazers. Things have somewhat improved. Now they are just Failblazers.
