Never realized what a douche Griffin is. Messing with your teammates (a la Dwight) is childish, but you don't do that stuff in the gif to people working for you. That's textbook harassment.

In other news, Blake punched the guy who traded Josh Smith to Houston and hurt himself.

I don't know, but I think the difference is Dwight ends up in jail for some reason. Is it the complexion? I can't think of any reason why Griffin is not in jail considering how strong he is. My guess is they don't consider Blake's hands deadly weapons at all.
