If the non custodial parent is active in the life of the child/children or pays child support the custodial parent is not a single parent, that's co-parenting. And I would approximate about 50% of the 70% born out of wedlock are raised in co-parenting rearing models. Leaving about 20% of deadbeat parents, both male and female of many races

I think of note, since it seems to note be clear here, they were not married. So this should just be pure child support, right? Also of note, they were going to go to trial, but this agreement was worked out, so Blake obviously had to agree to it.... perhaps there are details that indeed direct uses of cash like to trusts, etc.

It is very skewed towards one race. That's another reason judges max out these penalties, he can obviously afford it, but it also sends a message to people that idolize a lifestyle that hurts society, hurts children and has guys thinking it's their prerogative to have as many babies as possible with no support system.
