Thats the only way reap the benefits of a cup of java. No colories. No crash. Try some black coffee as a preworkout drink. Stay away from those energy drinks.
I take my coffee black, but I put agave nectar in it. Low GI index, no jitters, no crash. Just warm fuzzy goodness.
Straight black is how I drank... Been doing it for a year and it actually has taste if you get the best kind... Supremo Colombian coffee at Costco is super delicious....

Do you base this off of the 5 hour energy commercials? If so, it says 'no sugar crash.' You still come down from caffeine. You gotta eat alot of sugar too to have a crash.

WOuldn't touch 5hr energy with a 10 foot poll. As for coffee, if I don't have time to make my own at home.... I always stop by and get about 3 espresso shots.
