Clyde is as useful as Ryan Anderson at home.

    aka worthless.

Your 3 keys to the game Clyde?

    1. You gotta show up to the arena. You don't show up, you have no chance of winning or losing this game.
    2. You gotta put the ball in the basket. You don't put the ball in the basket, you can't score. Which leads to my 3rd point...
    3. You gotta score more points than the other team to win.

Back to you Bill & Bull.

    Thanks Clyde!

Bill: Now on to this game vs. the Dallas Texans...

Bull: Hehehe that's the old AFL team Bill! You were around back then, weren't you?

How did y'all not hear Bill's slip of tongue today?

Powell got hit in the nuts today. Bill said "Well, I won't be able to feel that anymore" with the LONGEST pause before Clyde asking him "why that?"

    Awkward but some what hilarious.

Man I can’t stop laughing. It’s like he just shows up and collects the check and stares at the crowd the whole game. Smh

I heard it, I just laughed and was like WTF.

I usually zone out from the commentary unless something outrages is said. I wish we could hire JVG to work the local broadcast, or at least just let him do home games.

I hope when BIll retires that they fire Bullard. Then hire Stockton/Malone to announce games.

That would be pretty great. Breen does that with the Knicks. I wonder if JVG would even entertain the thought of it.

Bill's been great and I respect his legacy to the Rockets organization...but it's time to get some fresh blood in there and I think it's about time to nominate myself as the next Bill Worrell. Like if you agree.

Id buy this excuse if Bill, Matt, or Clyde didnt comment about how bad the trade was literally every single time the Rockets and the Mavs play each other.

Bill Worrell does just fine. I rather enjoy the commentary as it is. I doubt you'd be able to get anyone much better tbh and its a unique part of watching the Rockets that a lot of people will remember forever.
