I don't think this is fake.

There have been rumblings since last year that bill o'brian doesn't see eye to eye with Texans management.

And tbh the Texans haven't been that impressive imo under obrian.

9-7 three straight years in a weak division is nothing to right home about.

He's a mediocre coach which is fine but if he goes I don't think we're missing much.

The Texans have a lot of talent and we're winning because of Romeo crenell.

Obrian is supposed to be an offensive coach and he's having one of the worst offensive seasons in the past decade.

I'll be happy if he goes. He's all talk no walk.

Do we really want another year of this offense?

I'd prefer that the Texans get rid of both BOB and Smith. But if it's one or the other...I'd much prefer that they ditch Smith and keep O'Brien. Smith should've been fired when the Texans let Kubiak go.

Please fire this fake offensive guru. Not a good coach. The texans won't miss him.

I can see BOB asking to get out if he doesn't like the situation. If he'll be the hottest coaching candidate he may want to go to a team with a stable qb situation.

Do you have faith in Obriens talent evaluation or personnel management?

It would have to be mutual and I think McNair values stability and continuity.

Yeah a other year of a terrible offense won't be good for his resume

Fitzpatrick, Hoyer, Brock, and three winning seasons in a row. Not many coaching options available with that resume

Chuck Pagano will probably be available... Gus Bradley already is.

Kubiak stepping down as well... but that's probably due to his health.

Whoever suggested RAC as a head coach obviously never saw the turmoil he left any of his previous stints in...

I think earlier speculation was he probably doesn't want to coach Oz again for another year. Who in their right mind would? Also who would we get to replace BOB?

The main reason I call BS is what better job out there could BOB get? What clearly better head coach could the Texans get? Just doesn't make sense for either party IMO.

Offense has been mediocre or just bad all these years partly because he chose those QBs

BOB has all the advantage, should make demands. No brock, no smith, etc... if uncle Bob doesn't comply BOB can walk and have at least half a dozen jobs of his choosing.

He could go to SF and inherit an even worse QB situation

Exactly. No one wants to take over that dumpster fire. I just don't see it.

With a better offensive line, yes.

The McNair's have more loyalty to their kids and grandkids godfather than the entire Texans Nation. It's sad and pathetic.

As long as we keep Romeo I'm good. Rome as HC, Vrabel as DC and Gary Kubiak as OC. Rock and roll
