Biggio was just on Rome's tv show on espn. He talked about how amazing last year's run was and how he is excited for this year. Also the train whistle kept going off in the background and Rome seemed annoyed. Interestingly Biggio basically said he would definately go play somewhere else next year if necessary to reach 3,000 hits. Just giving a heads up. Also I wanted to see if you guys would bring him back if he needed to another year for 3,000.
Bring him back depending on the kind of season he has this year. If he falls off sharply, I'm not inclined to keep Burke out. If he hits this year like he did last year...which I suspect he might...then I don't know that I'd part ways with him.
