How in the world did she know he was 241 pounds?

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman early Friday morning at a club in Georgia.

TMZ was first to report the allegation.

The Milledgeville (Ga.) Police told ESPN a woman reported having been sexually assaulted or sexually manipulated by a white male, 6-foot-5, 241 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, but would not confirm that man was Roethlisberger.

Roethlisberger's agent in a statement confirmed the Steelers quarterback was questioned, but no charges have been filed.

"Last night, Ben and his friends met a group of women and everyone mingled together throughout the evening," said Ryan Tollner, Roethlisberger's agent. "We have spoken to law enforcement. Based on information currently available, an allegation was made against Ben, which appeared to be dismissed after a preliminary investigation last night. Obviously, given the prior accusation against Ben, we are skeptical of motive, but we will continue to cooperate with everyone involved."

A Steelers spokesman told ESPN: "We are gathering information on the report and we will have no other comment at this time."

Roethlisberger, who owns a home in nearby Lake Oconee, Ga., is facing a civil lawsuit from Andrea McNulty, who claims he raped her in 2008 in Lake Tahoe, Nev. Roethlisberger has denied those allegations and no criminal charges were filed in that case.

That was my first thought. She can know the weight and hair/eye color, but not know it's him? Lol.

She filed the complaint on Ben, the police brought him in, took his measurements, and have a department policy of not disclosing specific names in these situations.

    That's my guess.

I saw the headline earlier but I thought it was in reference to the other case.

    Here is what happened.

Her= Hooker (but didnt disclose it)

Him= seduced by said hooker, performed acts upon her.

Her= told him she needs 10k for services rendered

Him= told her to screw off (on herself now, which means she charged herself)

Her= felt slighted so she went to police.

    nothin to see here folks!

The first time it happened Ben's camp vehemently denied the charges and painted the accuser as a crazy stalker out for revenge. They did a very good job and convinced most people, including myself, that Ben was not at fault.

IMO, this second incident will be much harder to brush aside. But then again who knows, everyone, media and fans, want to believe Ben and maybe it will be swept under the rug.

Ben is a class act. This claim is bogus. Why would someone of his caliber need to rape a women, when there are literally 50 women a day who would throw themselves at him willingly.

power or control over someone he can't have. Aren't many rape cases not about the actual sex itself? Ben could be completely innocent(hopefully he is) but not because hypothetically he could have tons of woman anyways.

I'm not making any judgment on whether or not he's guilty...but surely you can't be serious with this type of logic, right?

Not possible. Bogus. Reminds me of the Duke accuser. We all know what happened with that.

Is it safe to assume you believe the only thing that would motivate a man to rape is sexual frustration?

You don't know crap about this case. Why are you acting like you have some kind of special insight into human nature?

Big Ben is an community leader and American hero. For that we must give him the right of presumption of innocence. It is very telling that some of you would side with this two bit w****. Quit being a Texans homer. These silly accusations are very common against people in power.

Oh, ok. I am not presuming anything. You are. Again, you don't know crap. Also, what part of dumbass America do you live in that a QB is a hero? Just shut up. You are embarrassing yourself.

6-foot-5, 241 pounds? Not 235... not 240... not around 250 but exactly 241 pounds huh?! Soooooooo she's got him down to a T. Not only did she measure his height accurately but she also weighed him as well huh? Or maybe she looked him up first. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=5536

    An American Hero?

jeez, the guy has proven he makes stupid mistakes on numerous occasions. I think this is a little more than a coincidence that numerous women have come out about him. Why are you riding his **** so hard? Are you one of the women "throwing" themselves at him on a daily basis?
