    Daaaaaaayyyyyuuuummmm. Shots fired! Bev just destroyed Lillard! I'm definitely going to buy myself a Beverley jersey. I heard an announcer on national TV say that your team is only as good as your two best defenders. I'd feel pretty good about Howard, and Beverley as our best defenders.

    A lot of players in the league wouldn't be able to do produce like they do if it was the Defense in the 90s

    You tell him Bev. Some of these guys need to pop in tapes of games from the 90s and earlier when you had to nearly take a guys head off before they called a foul.

    Bev makes watching defense entertaining. It's almost like watching Harden on the offensive end........you just never know what he's going to do.

    One thing I love about this team is they use the full extent of the rulebook to generate wins. Beverley harasses other guards, but in a way that's perfectly legal. He doesn't hand check or put two hands on the defender. He stays in their face and takes quick swipes when he sees a window. I enjoy watching him chase guards around the court through screens......it's like watching a dog chasing a meat bone: full commitment.

    Really hope he's here for the long term.

    He knew exactly what Lillard's FG% is against the Rockets this season. I have no doubt that he watches tape and looks at statistics.

    It is ALL mind games by BEVERLEY.... he didn't even call him by the right first name.
