Am I the only one that thought The Wire is just a "good" show and not one of the best shows ever as a lot of people claim.

Don't get me wrong, I liked it but the scenes that took place in an office setting just dragged too long. There was just too much office politics going on for my taste.

My favorite character was stringer bell, had no idea idris Elba was on the show.

This. Great show. Also, if you like it, check out the show Top of the Lake, set in New Zealand.

I binged Battlestar Galactica last summer. Good show to binge, but I realized it was getting to be a problem when I said "frak" repeatedly while out with friends. THAT was embarrassing!

Another vote for Peep Show, I've watched through the whole thing 3 times now, still hilarious. Series 7 was put out last year.

The Guild is a webseries starring Felicia Day, funny stuff especially if you are an MMPG. You could probably watch the whole thing in an day, just 5 long episodes.

BSG is still my favorite sci-fi show in recent memory.

Just started binge watching on Curb Your Enthusiasm, great stuff especially if you are Seinfeld fan. Don't know why it took us so long to start watching it....

Have you seen Luther? That's Idris Elba, too

Btw Shield has way more office scenes than The Wire. Suits is roughly 90% office scenes, same with Star Trek and Battlestar Gallactica. House of Cards. Newsroom. Etc

True Detective was a great binge watch - 8 hours, lots of thrills and suspense.

I'm currently tearing through Friday Night Lights, really think I have a shot at making the team next year.

    Twin Peaks.

Also, a couple animes that I got super hooked on when I started watching: Berserk and Attack on Titan.

I enjoyed the first few episodes of this show when it first came out, but recently watched one of the newer episodes (with the dwarf guy) -- the one where the dwarf and Karl went to India. It wasn't nearly as good as the earlier stuff.

Can't disagree with you, first season was the best.

I could not get into the wire and breaking bad. I like true detectives except the ending was a huge dissapointmemt. It was terrible.

Prison break and heroes first season were great. But they went downhill fast after that.

Better off ted is the best comedy show ever.it is simply brilliant.

Burn notice is a show i really liked. Not sure it is good for binge watching. It might get repetitive

It's interesting that we had the opposite reaction to Suits. Loved the first season, lots of courtroom action and a case to figure out more often than not, excellent acting. We really looked forward to the second season, and what happens? It turns into an office melodrama. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. :)-
