Gotta love the Z-ro and the Bun B but as far as current rappers go, there ain't **** worth listening to until Dre drops Detox on us. That being said, that BANGS guy is legit. And Jeezy isn't much of a rapper but he gets the sickest beats.

Slaughterhouse as a whole should be mentioned as well, but this is about individual rappers, so right now, I'll stick with Joey. His first album wasn't great, but that was due to what a label wanted him to be. He's found his own voice for a long time now.

Lupe is nice as is Wale.

Drake is garbage. I can't take the guy seriously...I just see Degrassi.

 

No mention of Eli Porter? He should be thrown into the mix at least.

You can't refer to the rap situation right now as "the Game", there is no game. It's a bunch of money hungry over hyped fake pieces of crap trying to act raw and sell records.

The Game is one of the very few "rappers" that's worth a damn.
Eminem was great in 8 mile, then he decided to pull all this faggy crap and start changing up his voice and being funny. Got ruined.

I advise each and everyone of you to look up some gangstarr. Guru is in my opinion the greatest rapper of all time, and he is still alive and producing music (although gangstarr unfortunately disbanded). The combination of Guru's lyrics and Primo's dope tracks makes gangstarr pretty much the only stuff I listen to nowadays.
