Best Donuts?

This freaking Krispy Kreme is taking forever to open up. It was originally set to open in February, then it was pushed to June, then August, and still no word when it will open

I love Krispy Kreme and have had it in Europe and South East Asia since they left have Houston. I eagerly await the return of Krispy Kreme in Houston

 

People really say Dunkin???....but they are not even fresh, they are frozen!

 

Glazed on Old Spanish Trail make the best in the city

 

I've been meaning to check that place out. Some of the things on their menu seem too over-the-top for me, but the Macon (maple + bacon) sounds great.

My favorite donut place is Bakery Donuts. There's one in Missouri City and there's one in the Heights. I won't say they have the best donuts, but they do have the best kolaches of any donut place I've been to.

YO I love Dunkin Donuts! Shipley's is like a sugar cube to me.

Cake donuts are the best. Beignets are a close second.

I like that XOXO donut place in the Heights and Donut Heaven in Pearland for variations on the donut theme.

 

I'm going to back the notion that the Ella shipleys is the best shipleys around and arguably the best glazed donut available anywhere. It's soft, hot, and delicious. Not sure it's worth a drive past other shipleys but it is noticeably different.
