Any one tried one of these? Its Miller's take on a Chelada style beer. I had a few after a round of golf on Friday, and found it pretty good. I kinda tasted like a Mountain Dew/Miller Lite combo, but very light tasting. If you're a beer snob, its probably not your style, but after a weekend of yard work, it goes down quite nicely. Texas is a test market for the beer and I might pick up a few 6 packs for the upcomming hot days. http://wfrv.com/topstories/local_story_036171253.html
"Maybe it's not for guys." -- Major Tasted like sprite & lite beer mixed together. Not really a "beer snob", and there's definitely a time & place for lite beer, but this is worse than horrible. Last time I checked, salt & limes were extremely cheap & readily available, why not drink the real thing? Reminded me of the Lime Flavored Tostitos (the only food product I've ever called the 800-number on the package to complain about). Mmmm...corn sweetener & artificial lime flavoring.
Sounds like when you drink beer with a little frozen lime concentrate. Granny smacker or somethin... Sounds like the kinda beer you can only drink 1 or 2 of.
Ah, the old high school memories where your girl could drink two Zimas (with a Jolly Rancher dropped in the bottle) and be hammered all night long.
