His play book thread in the GARM is top notch and makes this thread old news.

This works so well for the Warriors because Curry has one of the fastest releases in the NBA and that whole 46% from 3.

I love that we got Harden, but it would've been interesting if the Warriors did, watching Harden with I believe to be his ideal PG in Curry. That team would score 120/game.

It is a nice play..... but really you are basically left with a rushed 3 pointer... nothing special. Spacing and the inside-out game can get you better looks.

We just ran the "Elevator Doors" play for Harden on the possession that Lin got fouled. I guess McHale heard the OP.

That's funny. :) A few days ago that video had less than 500 views. Now it has over 121,000 views. Kinda went viral over the internet after Ethan Sherwood Strauss of ESPN/Warriors world posted it on his twitter feed.

To be fair, that was just a one-time play to start that game off, likely drawn up in the huddle before the game.
I missed a handful of Rockets games prior to mid-late December, so I couldn't say with certainty that this was the only time the Rockets used Elevator Doors, but since then it had been. Until yesterday, of course, as Someguy1229 pointed out.

    Thanks. You're welcome. ;)

That's an actual play. I thought we didn't run actual plays?
