It's just a rumor and it will be debunked in days, not weeks. Your Two-Face movie link doesn't work and that's a BS rumor too.
I said debunk it, not wet yourselves. Anyone can edit IMDB, they are supposed to moderate it though. Judging from the fact that I can't find any news anywhere I assume its BS. Someone needs to investigate before you jokers start making new threads. In case y'all didn't notice, perhaps the bigger piece of info is the Riddler casting.
Until it comes from an actual source, that's BS too. From the authority on Batman movie rumors, "I don't believe it and neither should you." http://www.batman-on-film.com/batmovienews.html
All I needed to hear. Imagine that, I need a fire put out, turn on the Bat Signal, and look who comes to the rescue.
About the only thing for sure right now is that Freeze will not be the villain...straight from man's mouth... http://www.darkhorizons.com/news/16584/chris-nolan-on-batman-3-superman-reboot
Nolan said that Batman 3 would be his last batman film. Anyways, he says he has some great ideas for superman and is excited on getting that underway.
I wish Nolan the best of luck and I hope he puts a nice bow on The Batman Trilogy. (TDK was great , but not a masterpiece) I really cant wait until he starts on the Superman series. Now lets all be honest how can you have all these comic book movies coming out the wood works (and doing well) without the don dadda of superheroes taking a shot at the grand stage? I wonder what direction Nolan plans to take the series? My opinion: 1. Superman vs Lex Luthor (it has to be done to re-establish the franchise) 2. Superman vs Brainiac ( this is where Nolan can get creative) 3. Superman (possible appearance by Flash or TDK) vs Brainiac and Darkseid* *Final fight should be epic like The Incedible Hulk(reboot) vs Abomination The End...... Next series? Flash? Green Lantern?
Nolan has said his superheroes are in a world of their own. meaning no other superheroes will exist in his superman movies. anyway... his superman movies are way too far into the future to think about... in my opinion.
i never was a fan of superman. i would like to see nolan take a shot at some old image and dark horse comic characters. the Maxx is one i have been waiting for. the whole "hero" thing is a bit overplayed and last century. new characters and stories would be refreshing. e.g. i liked the Watchmen. havent seen Kick-Ass but am looking forward to it.
OK no other superhero appearances are needed , but the third and final installment will have to be EPIC!! (Lois Lane should die)
I am a huge Supes fan and I am giddy to see what Nolan has up his sleeve for the new Superman Trilogy(I hope). He will need to take a step outside the box for this one because while Batman's villains have really no "superpowers" but more just mad crazy mfers, Superman's villains are all about out of this worlds abilities minus Lex. I think he will revolutionize Luthor into a fantastic villain again, like he did with Joker, and Brainiac will be incredible to see on the big screen. I really have no idea how he will use the other primary villains like Metallo, Bizzaro and Eradicator but, as played out as General Zod might be, he would do incredible things with Zod. Don't think he will touch Doomsday or Darkseid until much much later but again no idea how he would incorporate them.
Nolan did no such thing... he merely adapted a darker version of the Joker that had already been established into his film...
I know, I read the graphic novel but if it was so easy to merely duplicate the character onto the big screen why hadn't it been done before? Jack's Joker was fine for that film, in the batverse, but it wouldn't fly today. Nolan was able to adapt Miller's Joker onto film flawlessly with a certain edge and he could do the same with Luthor. Lexcorp Luthor would be perfect for the new era of Superman and Nolan can make him darker, stronger and a hell of a lot more insane(evil) then the lame versions we've seen on film.
I'm just watching this again today after watching the first one a few days ago and I'm noticing how different Bale's voice and accent is as Bruce Wayne. I didn't see it the first go around but having watched the first two so close together it's really jarring. His Batman voice was already ridiculous so it's not so different. Anyone else notice this or have an explanation as to why it's changed?
You think thats crazy superhero voice stuff? Checkout Halle B. in the X-Men series. She just got lazy.
