EDIT: I don't think members can send invites, only referral links to register, in which case you still need an invite.

 

Damn. Got hit with an auto renew this morning. I always suspended my subscription after the regular season so I would have had enough for this upcoming season but now I have enough for another 2 seasons.

If you asked me 2 years ago whether this would still be running today I'd have been skeptical. Let's see if this thing can make it another 2 years without getting **** down.

yup, that was one of my options to unfreeze it, during Preseason, they actually unfreezed it early on Monday, but freezed it for another week since first game is Tuesday.

 

whats the best way people watch on their tvs? I dont have a chromecast I used the plex plug last season but the server was on my laptop (Which is a pretty lame one) and so i had issues - i will try installing plex on my actual media server this weekend. But was there a better way people used last season?

 

i could never get it to fast forward on my ps4 so i just used my imac and macbook. i need to figure out how to use it on my tv though.

On my PS4, I would use m.ballstreams.com and it worked really well.

However, I preferred the Roku app much better so I used that.

 

My BS account autorenewed but I didn't want it to. Now I'm out $65.

 

I requested an invite about a month ago with no word from ballstreams. Anyone else have this issue?

 

Yeah I just submitted mine. A month sounds like way too long. I want to have this set up by the first game, hopefully I get to catch some preseason games. Dish Network can suck my left nut.

 

I got my email like two days after I applied. Signed up for a month then postponed my account to activate just before the season. If I like it I'll renew for the whole season.

 

If you email them they will refund you the money. They refunded mine last year 24 hours after I had sent the email.

 

I got my email a few hours after I submitted. Not sure why they didn't get to you. Check spam?

 

Damnit, same thing happened to me today - I froze my account last week because I don't think I will need the service any more, and just put it on hold so the last month or so would still be there if I needed it.

And bam, auto-renew got me! Argh!

Ah well, I don't mind that much, I will still be able to use them if I need to, and the Roku app worked wonderfully well, for any of you on the fence about it and who don't have Root, like Dish users.. it's still worth it!

 

I got auto renewed as well. Still can't beat being on the grandfather plan rate though..

 

checked spam and nothing, I'll try and ask for an invite again and see what happens.
