Apparently the Invite feature is frozen at this time. Here is the link for a referral. Hope it helps. http://www.ballstreams.com/ref/3158
Site is legit. I had to take my herd outside to do their thing before bed, which usually takes 20 minutes as they take their sweet time, but below is a screenshot from my phone. Big fan of not having to pause the TV and keep the game going while in motion.
Once I got the invite, what do I have to do? Simply donate the money to them, can I do it with paypal?
I think they may have had a PayPal option before but it is strictly Visa & Mastercard. It will show up as "Clean CDN" on you statement. If you're paranoid like me, you can just buy a prepaid visa card and use that. Name doesn't even have to match. I just put "Patrick Beverley"
I've noticed this as well. It plays better for me if I use my laptop, and just plug in my HDMI cord. I mean the quality is really really good on PS4 don't get me wrong, but during fast motion sometimes it looks better on my PC
They limit the number of users so that their servers won't get overloaded. To do that they limit new registrations so you have to receive an "invite" before joining. It's just a way for them to grow their userbase slowly so they can keep up with it. Once you receive the invite you signup normally.
Well damn looks like I need an invite then. Anyone care to help a brotha out? Had Comcast but switched to directv not too long ago
Here are the directions to do paypal with them: Go to \"Contact Us\" and pick \"Submit a Ticket\" asking for a PayPal payment option (it is added individually upon request).
How is this service vs LP? I tried the trial of LP last night and it was horrible. The camera was shaky too often and I didn't like the camera angle options either. The quality looked great, 720/1080p, whatever it was, but the action would constantly stop because of buffering? waiting for it to load. No instant replays, I can hear the announcers talk about it, but they'll show the crowd or the cheerleaders or something. LP isn't worth it from my experience, so how does it compare to this?
I don't have LP so I can't compare in that sense. But Ballstreams streams at HD and standard, HD taking 3200bps bandwidth. Last year there were times where the service was overwhelmed. They supposedly upgraded a lot of things over the off season and this year I haven't had any issues. The stream is directly from TNT or either of the team's feeds, so camera angle/shake will be whatever that feed has.
Last year Ballstreams worked great during pre-season and the first day of the season when there were only 2 - 3 games going but once the season really started and there were many games every night that's when it started to suck. Need some reviews of the service from this year when there are many games going at once and not just 1 or 2
