depends on your race. my white friends were stoned, drunk, underage, and had about an ounce of weed along with beer in their car. they got pulled over twice in the same night and just got their contraband confiscated. An asian friend is walking thru a parking lot to find his car and has 12 APD pull out guns on him and he is arrested for "looking suspicious". They held him in the parking lot for 4 hours searching for something to convict him with but found nothing. and then there's Ricky Williams...
This reminds me of something that happened to my friend. He fell asleep on the wheel at a light from being wasted. He had a bong in his backseat visible as day. He lived close by so the cop followed him back to his house
Reminds me of a friend who realized he was too drunk to continue driving and pulled over to sleep it off. When the Highway Patrol spotted him in the morning, he was charged with a DWI because the keys were still in the ignition. Although his truck was not running.
