    avast!

    not sure, at this point how well it'll function, but i figure anything is better than nothing.

    the exclamation point after avast is a part of the product name, not an ico endorsement.

    For my main computer it's Kaspersky, which isn't free. But for one of my other Windows machines, I use the Norton Antivirus that comes as part of the Google Pack.

    I just get Norton's every year. It's always free after rebates. Simple!

    Why do you say that AVG Free is no more ? AVG Free 7.1 will soon stop, but AVG Free 7.5 will still work.

    Anybody want a copy of one of the best anti virus program out there for free, Kaspersky?

    If there are enough interest, I will post it, if not, then forget about it.

    What? Bootleg copy? What illegal copy? What?

    NO, it's 100% legal copy offer by one huge company for free, they have a agreement together.

    I have McAfee VirusScan 8. Not all the other security center crapola. Just VirusScan.

    Never had any virus problems since I've had it. Ever.

    When you say one of the best, is it better than Mcafee or Norton? Regardless, it's free and everyone loves free stuff. Post it please.

    I don't use anti virus software. Never saw the point if I'm not searching illicit websites.

    I've been using this computer without an anti-virus program for many years and I've never had a virus. NOT ONCE. You guys just don't know how to download p*rn... it's your fault.

    Don't you know that Mcafee and Norton are the best because of their brand, not their performance. both of them are resource bug, and slow as hell, but they're not that good at what they do too.

    How would you know if you don't have an anti-virus program? I assume that you know that not all virus/trojans will be obvious.
