At the game, McHale is not a coach

As bad as Mike Brown is, I think he might be better than McHale.

 

Lin is the coach. Mfail just needs to shut his mouth and stop telling him to be the taiwanese Battier.

 

McFail will get this team primed and ready, but not till around March. So lets just settle down and wait till then.

 

Lol, at one point during the game, when the Griz were making a run, the camera was on McHale as he was sitting on the bench and all he was doing was just looking at the ground with his hand on his head. This guy has never been cut out for coaching.

 

The guy is all talk. Rockets need to let the work talk and bullshiit walk.

This Mcfail guy seems to know how to say all the right things to the media. Yapping his way through everything. We need to do this, we need to do that blah blah blah. It's the same shiiit everynight.

 

Mcfail is a basketball anaylst ..... Not a coach.

 

So true! The idiot just babbles on about "what they need to do".....executes nothing. If only he was as intelligent as the movie char he resembles (Darth Sidious)

 

haha! And his stuttering get's annoying too. Like man, slow the F down. The mic isn't going anywhere. His lame interviews consist of: what we need to do (execute), we have young guys(complaining and excuses), how I'm such a great player back in the days (ego), and more stuttering.

Game time comes: What he said was all BS. Same stuff, different opponent.

Unfortunately I don't think this will be the case. Apparantly McHale is "coaching" the same way he did last year. I don't think this is going to change.

 

U need to check your eyes, Houston can't score with Douglas running the show.

 

Seriously, tonight's game wasn't that bad. Serious improvement over last game.

There was significantly more ball movement, as well as some cuts and curls.

Alot of stuff still missing, but it's only the 5th game.

Memphis is a legitimate playoff team... deep, experienced, and a stable roster.

That we were in it until the last 2 minutes is pretty darn impressive considering how many new players they're trying to integrate and the youth of the roster.

We outshot Memphis, out-rebounded them, and had more assists. And that's DESPITE Harden shooting poorly and us having 20 TO's to their 9 TO's.

It's WAY too early to be judging McHale on THIS season.
