Designating Wallace for assignment is a funny way to say that "we hope to retain you".

 

Just resurrecting this old thread to highlight a Jerome Williams accomplishment. He has won 4 games this year. 3 of the over the Athletics - one with the Rangers, one with the Astros and one with the Phillies. He is the first pitcher since at least 1900 to accomplish this unusual stat.
