Fingers crossed!!! They didn't want Baggy to hit earlier b/c no one was on base. I don't think you can count on Baggy to hit a HR. A SB and a base hit would tie the game so it's a good spot to use him.

    GAME OVER> DAMN!

I don't understand how so many of you considered the Cubbies an easy opponent for us.

No way....Cubbies always give the Astros fits.

Just pathetic that we have so much trouble with sub .500 teams this year.

This WC could be wrapped up....we could easily lose the next 2 and drop behind the Phillies we are 0-6 at St. Louis this year.

Man....this team is hard on the heart......

The killer for the game was bases loaded with no outs, and we didn't bring a damn person home.

UGH!! Only 1 game lead... off to St. Louis we go. Fun fun.

it would've been far more surprising for us to score in that situation than for us to get zero runs. we are by far the worst bases loaded/no outs team in history and it seems i get a chance to point that out all the time b/c we almost never come up big. that's just who the astros are and have always been. bases loaded chokers.

It seems like you'd rather be right and us lose than be wrong and us win. Please advise if I'm wrong on this point. I still believe :D
