This guy is really good. I apologize if there is already another thread, but I predict this guy will be the next Jeremy Lin and he will win it especially if he gets the asian vote. This thread is not a joke and not like the Jeremy Lin threads. This guy is legit and can really sing. Lots of asians on this bbs so I thought I would bring to your attention. You may look around and see two groups here; white collar, blue collar. But I don't see it that way, and you know why not? Because I am collar-blind.
I don't follow the show, so I'm basing my opinion off this clip. I know AI polices YouTube pretty strictly to keep performances from being uploaded, but if you've got one for me to watch then I'm all ears.
He's not Asian. He is American. You can tell by how he dresses. He looks like a typical hipster from San Francisco. Jeremy Lin seems far more authentic Asian to me.
When are Asian's not Americans? Also, what is an authentic Asian look? Asia is all about fashion these days, and styles are super important.
There are far better Korean singers than that guy. I honestly think there's much more singing talent in Korea than anywhere else in the world. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/eWcucZYqZHI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/jUPZm2QtGQw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
It could be due to the fact that Korean stars are trained at very very young ages. Not the Disney channel crap kid stars that can't act or sing, but legitimate young stars.
Yeah. The Big Three labels in Korea (YG, JYP, and SM) discover them EARLY and train them. It's crazy intense.
