Yeah, The Falcon's defense is just about as good as the Titans. Surprised he didn't throw a perfect game with multiple touchdowns.

The only thing I give the Titans is that they have talent on the d-line. Otherwise, gaping holes throughout the roster.

Just because Watt is the best defensive player in football is no guarantee or some absolute that he sacks Mariota. If he does, then whatever, that's a part of the game. But to think that he is gonna dominate or obliterate Mariota is plain stupid. Typical texan fan blubbering.....

Hmm, let's see, you have the best defensive player in the league going against a weak Titans O line trying to get to a rookie QB.....what about that makes you think Watt won't dominate?

I don't live in Tennessee. I'm a born and raised Houstonian, been following this franchise since '78. Have personal ties to the organization and to former players in the organization. So while I may have a little personal bias, I'm a diehard fan of the organization I have spent years of my life rooting for......And since win does 2 playoff appearances in 13 years equal growing into a really good franchise? The only good things about the texans in 13 years have been #80 & #99. Without Dre and Watt, this team is a total afterthought. You tried to imitate the Broncos for years and that got Kubiak fired and now your trying to imitate the Patriots?!?! Good luck with that!!! Tell you what, get an original team name, a football team instead of a community choir, and stop insulting teams that are better than you by breaking out your high school letterman jackets. If you do that, and get a quarterback and your own identity, you might not waste Watt's prime the way that you did Dre's!!!!!

Where has your defense gotten better? You added 2 down Vince Wilfork, a rookie corner, and a rookie middle linebacker? Where does that equal better?

Are all of you Texan fans forgetting that you went 9-7 last year playing a LAST PLACE schedule?!?!?! Now you have to play a real schedule. Your defense in total is average and you have the worst QB/RB tandem in the division. You're all delusional and in need of a jacket that makes you hug yourself if you think that you're winning 9 or 10 games and going to the playoffs. Good luck having a better record than Jacksonville!!!!

    LOL that's just sad.

If you payed any attention to football last year you'd have seen Vince Wilfork playing as a 3 down NT/DT....and even if you didn't, you should know that adding a planetoid NT next to Watt and in front of Cushing makes the defense a lot better.

On top of that, Clowney coming back this year healthy will be a big boost to an already really good defense.

Also, the Texans secondary is fairly stacked.

In that you have been following the Titans, I can understand how you might have forgotten what a good defense looks like, but if you make the switch this year, you'll get a good reminder.

You banking an awful lot on a bunch of last year, has beens, and a guy who missed his rookie year. In fact let's see Clowney healthy. I could argue with you all day, but that's what most texan fans I know like to do, ARGUE. From an unrealistic perspective. Listen man, nothing you have on your defense adds up to the experience Dick Lebeau brings to mine. Do the texans have the best player, yeah they do. But my front 7, especially my linebackers are better than the texan front 7. You're secondary might be better than mine, but that's it, and that's not by much.

There's no reason to argue at all really. We should both agree that the Titans are a joke on both sides of the ball and that the Texans are better at pretty much every level.

In your delusional, texan slanted mind you believe that and that's cool. Reality will soon set in. Let's see what not playing a last place schedule gets yall. Wait, we've seen that already. See you clowns at 6-10.....

Not really... on paper, their schedule this year is actually EASIER than it was last year.

And the bulk of their schedule being "easy" comes from the fact that the Titans (and Jags) put up mediocre to awful teams year after year.

Two markets that really don't deserve a football team, and I'd be surprised if both had teams still there in 15 or so years (or whenever their leases run out).... they're both scrambling to make ends meet (financially) in a country that has destinations available that would basically triple the franchise value.

The Texans still have a super easy schedule....partly because they get to play the Jags and Titans for a quarter of the games this season. Any time you get play scrub teams like that it's easy to pad your win total.

Anyway, have fun with another top 10 pick in the next draft.

How many games do you think your finish in the previous season determines for the next year's schedule? I'll wait while you look it up, and then realize how silly you sound. As others have said our schedule is considered easier THIS year, and that has a lot to do with getting to play 4 JV games a year against the Titans and Jags.

I hope Mariota sucks. Not just because he's within the division, but he reps HOU's biggest rivalry, Titans.

    1) TEN
    2) DAL
    3) IND

Can't even cheer for Dre right now.

You do know he have a chance to dominate that game as well as other games correct? Please go back and do some homework. There is plenty of footage from last season to go by. Better yet go back and look at how he dominated your trashy team last season.

Now wouldn't you say it's plain stupidity to think he wouldn't dominate your team this season???

Typical clueless Titans fan who resides in Houston. Oh how I know so many.

We also added Rahim Moore, and S. Brown. Cushing is 100% healthy and there is a good chance Crick will have a breakout year.

Adding Wilfork to any solid defense will increase the chance for that D to be much better.

Exactly this^^^^,, He should be on a Titans, B'n about how dumpster juice his team is instead of trolling Texans forums.

But hey, he's a typical Titans fan because they all sounds just like that Pen. I will give him that LOL...
