Here's what I don't understand about this Free Agent stuff.

Melo has already had all of his meetings. All of the information has been laid out for him for a week now.

How can he suddenly "regain interest" in Chicago? They are literally no different now than they were a week ago...

Perhaps he never lost interest and everything released has just been the media needing material to talk about.

This guy is dead to me.

Didn't think we'd be a drastically better team with his addition.

I'm glad Morey has moved on from this circus.

Unbelievable the amount of hate Dwight got and his process was much better than this.

Not defending him, but I wonder if Melo took for granted that Lebron was staying in Miami but is now waiting like the rest of us to see if he goes to Cleveland. Chicago is probably more attractive if he thinks he can contend with the Bulls in an Eastern conference that's suddenly wide open because the Big 3 are no more.

Sure wished the media would start hammering them with jokes. It's getting stupid.

Bring Melo back for a second visit and take him to Olive Garden. That should seal the deal.

Melo's too slow. Gave Houston a chance to sober up. Do not want.

Bosh is wearing out his welcome too.

Damn melo refuses to bite rockets bait. Still don't see how Chicago is a better option than here.

Its in the East, and he doesn't have to share the ball with two other stars. Melo will probably get the green light in CHI

[rQUOTEr]The 'Melo Mania isn't over just yet. And while the incumbent New York Knicks are considered the likely landing spot for free agent small forward Carmelo Anthony, they may have some reason to be concerned.

A person with knowledge of Anthony's situation confirmed reports that he still is considering the Chicago Bulls, though it's unclear where the Bulls, New York Knicks or Los Angeles Lakers are in the lead in these one-man sweepstakes. The Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets are considered out of the running, though Anthony is not known to have given any formal indication of that. The person spoke to USA TODAY Sports on the condition of anonymity because of the private nature of the situation.[/rQUOTEr]
