Artest, obviously joking, was more serious when he added, "I'll put up $1 million if they'd let me." I find this to be a little disturbing, but kinda amusing at the same time.

"LOCHBUIE, Colo. (AP) -- Police found mar1juana in Carmelo Anthony's car during a traffic stop, but the Denver Nuggets star wasn't in the vehicle at the time, officers said Tuesday." He wasn't caught with mar1juana...there just happened to be weed in a car owned by his company.
