Can confirm, as <a href="https://twitter.com/JaysonBraddock">@jaysonbraddock</a> said, there's concern it will require groin surgery. <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Texans?src=hash">#Texans</a></p>— Tania Ganguli (@taniaganguli) <a href="https://twitter.com/taniaganguli/status/628622953350066176">August 4, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
If this is a season ending injury then we will have seen the last of Arian. No way he stays next year with a $9.5MM cap hit since cutting him will only cost $2.5MM in dead money.

Offensive play maker yes, but one that will be 30 next year and that was completely run into the ground by Kubiak to the point where he'll never have another healthy season. You can never expect him to play every game of the year, let alone take RB1 snap counts again. Like stated previously, He's missed 11 games over the course of the last 2 years, close to a full season. And I wouldn't expect him to be out on the field (at a minimum depending on the severity) until at least weak 8. That's nearly 20 games. Over 2 1/2 seasons. You simply can't pay a guy what he's making (Roughly 9mil/yr) that isn't on the field for every game. It's a travesty, I love Foster. But man, You're only hurting your team depth buy having a player that's always hurt taking up so much money.
Washed up. He averaged the same yards per carry as Blue did last year (3.1ypc) in his last full season with the Ravens. It's the main reason as to why no one is interested in him. It isn't about him decking his now wife, it's that he's physically done.
Ugh....not surprised. His history of groin and hammy issues...... RB just don't hold up, and he isn't getting any younger. This sucks.
