    even if i didn't love the warriors, I probably would still do so as IMO its great for the league and fan interest.

    The only team I will ever root for to win 73+ games is the Rockets. Okay. At this point I'll settle for A win. Just one.

    I get how difficult a feat it is. But I don't care about this record even if my team were involved. In fact I'd be concerned how it could add a lot of wear and tear physically and mentally trying to chase it. Championships and how deep you make it into the playoffs are 100x more relevant.

    Breaking the record but not winning the championship amounts to nothing more than a fun tidbit. Good job undefeated 2007 Patriots for trying hard but falling short just like 31 other teams that year.

    I was at the Bulls game tonight and got there early. They had the Warriors/raptors ending on in one of the bar areas. About 20 people were gathered there. Virtually everyone was pulling for golden state to win the close game. Even a lot of Bulls fans are okay with golden state getting to 73.

    Honestly, I have rooted for the Mavs and Spurs each time they are in the finals. I find those teams hard to hate. Same with the Warriors. Hard to hate. Now the clippers....screw those guys. I hate the clippers. I hate the lakers too. I hate the Heat as well. Everyone else I can root for if they are not playing the rockets.
