Are you rooting for the Warriors to get atleast 73 wins Regular season?

The thing that's gonna carry them to 73, is their top defense. Take last night for instance, Klay and curry have 'off games' yet they still blow out teams.

 

Haha! Of course being number 1 on defense helps out too.
If there able to play against each other. Who wins in a head to head battle. The Warrior's Defense or Offense?!

Have personally become a huge fan of Draymond Green.

He is very much so that team's MVP. Even more so than Curry.

The intangibles he brings.....my goodness.

He sets the tone for them and creates that energy level.

If he were to get hurt, they would drop quite a bit in the standings.

They are a 6th seed without him.

still contending without Curry. As crazy as that sounds, Green is the engine.

I've dropped the Warriors hate. Them and the Cavs are my favorite non-Rocket teams to watch.

 

Curry is probably the most improved player from last year. I thought Harden should have won MVP last year, but it was close between the two of them. This year, Curry has improved to a new level.

 

I wish nothing but injuries, disease, and a plethora of jinxes, curses, voodos upon the Golden piss warriors. I'd rather walk barefoot on a mile of broken glass on top of lava while simultaneously being stung by a swarm of yellow jacket wasps than root for the butt brothers, donkeyfaced Draymond, dirty caveman Bogut, and the rest of the band of pompous jerkoffs.

 

Yeah, I'm with you man. I tried so hard to dislike them, but I just can. There's honestly not much to dislike in the first place. I just really hated seeing them celebrate when they beat us last year. But I don't have energy to hate on them anymore, so eff it. If they're gonna make history, then it'll be cool to witness it. Of course I'm still rooting for the rockets to beat them everytime we play them, but I don't see a point in rooting against them anymore if they're not playing us.

 

i want them to do it only for the analysts who think the 94 95 bulls with jordan would beat us in the finals .

 

IDGAF about the Warriors, but they are hitting 73 wins.

 

I'm not exactly rooting for them but the GSW are a model franchise, they have a superstar but they aren't Curry-centric like the MJ Bulls, they lead a balanced attack. They play at a high pace, they shoot a lot of 3s, they're entertaining, they play D and they have a competent coaching staff.

I hope they beat the record, it's about time.

I'm not sure I'm rooting for them. I highly respect them and I enjoy watching them play the way they do. If they get there I'll have nothing but respect, if they don't I don't really care. I hated the Warriors last year, but it was only because of jealousy. Many on the board currently hate the Warriors, but we really have no reason to. They're playing dominant basketball. I was too young for the Bulls' era so this is easily the most dominant team I've seen in my life. I'm going to enjoy watching them while I still can.

 

I'm in the exact same boat. Hated them last year. But they're simply too good about what they do for me to continue my irrational hate. I'm a fan of the Rockets first and foremost, but I'm a fan of basketball too. Any great team that plays fair and by the book is a team I will have no problem with. And I agree that it's always cool to be apart of history. My kids will ask me if I saw Steph Curry play. I can say yes

 

I can definitely understand the hate.

Ever since the season started, this board (including GARM) has been 30% warriors talk and 70% rockets talk.

That's a lot of warriors talk.

 

Maybe I'm just a poor sport, but I hope the Warriors lose every game for the rest of the season. Curry is currently my most despised player in the NBA. He is an amazing player, probably the best in the league, but I can't stand him. I wouldn't spit on Draymond Green if he were on fire. I currently have two favorite teams, the Rockets, and whoever is playing the Warriors.

The Warriors are like that popular song that gets played over and over on the radio...really tired of hearing about them.

 

To be honest, I'm starting to wonder whether it will make any difference if we get our act together for the remaining season only to get murdered in the playoffs should we face them again.

Maybe Lebron's Cavs are the only team that can take them to 6 or 7 games if Kyrie is healthy... Sigh... The NBA has become a single team dominance again - Bulls/Lakers/Celtics/Warriors
