I totally agree. I've given up trying to defend our team against other fans though. I just shut up now and wait for the Rockets to prove everyone wrong. We have better defense this year. and this will be the key. I don't care if our offense has dropped off with the loss of Parsons/Lin. Cannon will surprise and pick up some of that lost offense (obviously not all, but he'll be solid). And Dwight/Harden will continue to do their thing. Once the defense improves, we won't give up early leads and last second game winners. That's what is most important for this team to advance. KEEP ON HATIN', WORLD! We'll shut everyone up.
This question is not about who WE hate. Its about the general population. Reddit hates the Rockets right now like crazy. I have never seen the amount of hate we are getting having been applied to any other team. Even the Heat didn't get as much hate as we did. Everyone ****ing hates us and they can drown in all their salt and tears when we win a chip.
I don't think we are the most hated, but we have fallen pretty hard. Think of how we were loved with TMac/Yao and even the teams after those two left. Theres a lot of factors to us becoming one of the hated teams.
Reddit is literally one of the worst things about the internet. Next time I want the opinions of a bunch of neckbeards, I'll be sure to visit that lame site.
On this BBS maybe. across the league? We haven't done enough to get that kind of attention. That said, media has never really given us a fair shake.

LOL, "if Harden was part of that crew"? Harden was the most obvious one who wasn't focused on winning. Whatever motivations the other guys may or may not have had and however flawed their skill sets were, these guys at least gave their full effort.
Honestly I'm not on social media anymore so the only time I even get a sense that Rockets are hated is when I check out CF and see twitter/article posts. I would think Clevelands gets a lot more hate because of Lebron's return.
