Trump supporters can't openly discuss their beliefs in many fields these days because they will be ostracized and even fired. I know many people in this situation and it's awful because the left has adopted inter-sectionalism as a cult like religion and are now pushing their BS on everyone. Yes there is modern day political oppression and it goes beyond voting... the right to openly discuss your beliefs is under attack. Say you liked Trumps speech and people will call you a Nazi or white supremacist when you are nothing of the sort. That sort of label ruins lives and they left is using that as a political bludgeon in cases where it isn't true. This is a modern day witch hunt.
