Eh. Wouldn't spend that much on a home in Houston. In Cali or Miami maybe.

It be the opposit right? A $2.2 million house in Cali would be about the same square footage as a $500k house in Houston. Conversely, a $2.2 million house in Houston would cost $7-8 million I'm Cali. Not too sure about Miami though.

Not quite sure but I think our housing market is better than Cali's. So I would definitely spend $2.2 million on a house here than in Cali.

Yes Cali has the most expensive real estate. Everything west of the San Andreas fault line is the most expensive properties on the west coast.

FLA doesn't have state income tax like TX so it's not as expensive, but ya MIA is pricey.

And your figures of comparison are probably pretty right on.

In Northern VA that house would be somewhere in Mclean and have a price point of about $15 million +

I saw Horry at Roak on Saturday night.

I also saw another Rockets legend that night. Bob freakin Sura. What a G. Some bangin girl in her 30s couldn't wait to do the dirty with him after the party.

I'd spend that much in Houston. But it's on 2.4 acres, so wherever it is, it ain't in Houston. If it isn't inside the loop, it doesn't exist to me.

    Lets offer $1.5M. Can't hurt.

$2.2M is only $47.24 per member...

Mistaken. Bob=short for Robert for some reason. Makes no sense, like Jimmy being short for James.
