Anyone been to Kansas City??

    Me and a couple of friends are heading to KC in October for the Chiefs, Texans game. I'm trying to get an early jump on research.. anyone have any travel advice? We're in our mid 20's and hope to check out a couple bars/clubs (hopefully get laid) I could use some advice on hotels, clubs, BBQ restaurants, places to avoid etc.

    There's Kansas City, Kansas and there's Kansas City, Missouri. I don't remember which one i went to but it sucked. Best BBQ my ass.

    Second Arthur Bryant's. It is also not too far from 18th and Vine Street which was the center of the KC Jazz scene.

    Does anybody know anything about Oklahoma Joe's? I read somewhere that it supposedly has some of the best BBQ in country.

    I'm headed to Kansas City for a few days tomorrow.
