Big ups 2 @redhotrox for gif Dwight is pretty awesome to be be spending his time w/ the fans. Love seeing these types of moments.
What a crazy night. We stayed for 20 minutes at TC and then made a run for it. Dropped my bro back in Midtown and then headed to southwest Houston. Got stuck on I-10 at TC Jester. Somehow made our way south on Shepherd through back streets to Kirby. Took Westheimer and then San Felipe west while criss crossing north and south between the two when water looked too high. Made it to Eldridge and Westheimer to drop my buddy off to get picked up by his wife. Then went south and got stuck at Westpark Tollway and Eldridge and waited for water to recede before getting by. 3.5 hours of driving. Felt like Tropical Storm Allison all over again. Glad we won, otherwise it would have been more miserable. Props to 790, they were live on air and giving updates on the roads. I think it was Matt? My other buddies went to 24 Hour fitness and they're still there shooting hoops waiting this out.

They just showed here in Greece, in the news Houston and the Rockets game with fans stranded. Please take care everyone. Be careful.
I think it was Mega. They showed Houston and the Toyota Center and it was like a lake. I hope everyone is fine and they don't have damages to their houses.
Sorry to hear about all of y'all stuck at TC. Just think though how much that really would've sucked if the Rockets had lost.
wow, downtown that bad? its almost 8am and there're still ppls in tc. said they're given refreshments which is nice.
The crew at Toyota Center handled the situation terribly. I went to the game tonight and was stranded inside the arena for some time. I attempted to leave and go home, ended up turning around and going right back into Toyota Center. I was glad that I was at least in a safe spot near a restroom, and a phone (since mine had died). Sometime after midnight several cops came in and told everyone waiting near the front entrance that they had to leave immediately. Many were trying to charge their phones and just trying to stay out of harms way. The officers said the rain stopped so it was time for everyone to leave. I ended up leaving and got caught again in the storm and was stuck on the side of the road for hours. Why was HPD forcing people to leave Toyota Center when it was clearly unsafe outside? Just because the rain wasn't as hard? The streets were still FLOODED! The news was saying to stay indoors while Toyota Center called HPD and forced people to put in danger. Thanks for NOTHING Toyota Center. As soon as I can I will be calling Toyota Center with an official complaint.
so what time did the warriors finally leave bush airport? i guess they were stuck at their hotel last night or did they plan to leave today anyway
