    Love PJ. Wouldn't trade him. Key piece to a contender.

    However, he might be less "underappreciated" if his offensive game was a bit more
    Ryan Anderson and a bit less Ryan Bowen.

    He is sheer will and hard work, but there are nights where you just have to smile and shake your head on offense.

    Those nights never happen during the playoffs though, when he seems to go 93 Barkley every game.

    If we don’t give him an extension and reward him for what he’s done for our team while being under appreciated by the media, the talking heads, and some around here, and he walks, I’m going to be an angry, bitter Rockets fan. The players around the league know what he does. The coaches know, as well. Morey certainly knows.

    Like Mario and a few other players over the decades the Rockets have been in Houston, PJ is a very large part of the soul of this team. The organization needs to pony up. I don’t think he expects a huge payday, or a really long extension. What I do think is that he wants the front office to show it’s appreciation for what he does. He deserves that.
