What's the name of that song played in the Rockets' opening theme on UPN 20? I know they keep saying "revolution" in it. Anyone know?
I wondered that myself. Thing is, given that it is played on TV, I wonder if it isn't just some royalty free song they bought. I don't recall hearing it anywhere (thought that isn't really saying anything) and playing it on a broadcast like that, if it were a song by a band, would mean they'd have to pay royalties to use it. hmmmm...
don't know that but i'll ask my own what song is that. it's the commercial for the jetta where they play a dance song and the girl in the passenger seat does that weird dance (not sure what to call it). well its the only car commercial on tv with a dance song and a girl in the passenger seat doing weird moves so if you've seen it you know which one i'm talking about. only words i know from it are "without you."
Whoa, weren't checkin out the car as much as the chick eh? The commercial was for a Mitsubishi not a Jetta. Yea I like that song too but don't know what it is.
woah, you sure on the mitsu. i thought i friggin paid attention and made sure it was a damn jetta. guess not. guess i confused it with the other commercial i tried to memorize which car it was for. now that one i know is the jetta, where the guy can roll down his windows just by turning the keys and he drags his wife outside to see. now that one i am paying more attention to the woman cuz damn i think she's hot. the director didn't give her near enough face time. luckily after they show her when she first comes outside they show her one more time before she slams the door.
Well, I just listened to Days Go By by Dirty Vegas. It's definitely not that song. I know it's a real song because I heard it on a car commercial like some of you guys did.

Start The Commotion was the song on the original commercial from Mitsubishi. That's by the Wiseguys. This one is another commercial. Hoopgod13 is right. The song is by Dirty Vegas and it is Days Go By. The hard part now is finding the correct remix... I'll see if I can ask some of my friends to narrow it down.
From doing a search on the Internet I've been able to find out that you should look for either the original mix or the Hydrogen Rockers remix. Don't listen to the first 20 seconds and say "that's not it". It apparently doesn't kick in until much later in the song. What they play on the Mitsubishi commercials is apparently the latter part of the cut.
DOD- I listened to the whole song, and it didn't kick in anywhere. I'll try to find those remixs and see if those are it.
