On the Greed Island Arc of HxH, loving it so far. Edit: BTW, looks like HxH is returning: http://www.sportsrageous.com/others/hunter-x-hunter-2016-comeback/11721/
Not sure if this has already been posted but I found another anime with a storyline that's similar to SAO. It's not as action-packed but I find it to have a greater emphasis on character development. It has a "darker" feel to it and strikes me as a lot more realistic if new players suddenly get sucked into a game. Anyway, check it out: Hai to Gensou no Grimgar
Watched every episode this far and definitely recommend it as well. You can also check out Log Horizon if you like the MMO theme.
Oh yeah, Log Horizon was a lot of fun. I'd like to recommend OverLord as well. It's kinda like One Punch Man but in a medieval MMO setting.
Yea, the development was crazy. Unbelievable how you can't guess at all how the story develops, each episode comes with a huge twist and surprise. Unbelievable writing.
Yup, they are also changing the ending up a bit it seems. I suggest for y'all that enjoy the anime definitely read at least the end of the manga once its finished.
Anyone watching deadman wonderland? First episode shows a lot of promise. Just finished a 6 episode show called FLCL. Different, one of those shows that just holds your attn long enough to want to see the next. Wierd concept tho.
LOVED the Erased finale. Man, THE FEELS at the very end just got to me. What an awesome ride. Definitely the best anime of Winter 2016. Lets see if it gets topped the rest of this year. Now to check out the manga. Between this and the One Piece manga taking things to a whole new level... man this has been a fun couple of months.
Any thoughts on Jin Roh? It seems to be highly regard per the interwebz, just so much great anime and TV out right now and trying decide if I need to bump it up on my list. I saw a few clips of it and it looks awesome.
It was a good finale. I still remember bits watching it. It's good but a lot of sad feels in the series.
Its really amazing that One Piece has still felt fairly fresh after all these years when it appears to have such a simple premise to it. I've been catching up on the last 10-15 chapters and excited for this new arc
Boy, I cannot wait when they get to the current arc in the manga. Erased had a good finale. Geez, talk about a tug on the heartstrings. Spoiler I wanted him to be with that girl in the end.
Yo tizzle, just finished the first season of bakuman, f*@#ing amazing! One question though, I know there are 3 seasons, but is it a completed anime? I'm just not hoping for a cliffhanger or question filled ending of s3 when I get there.
