Get him here, Maury. I'd be thrilled to trade for him knowing he'd extend here, rather than deal with the Dwightmare all season long.

Get Dwight Howard this year. If he doesn't resign then we S&T him for Brooks and Lopez next summer. Then add Bynum via free agency.

Lopez+Bynum front court with DMo backing them up.

He's 2 years younger than Howard, he's 7 feet tall and he actually wants to be here.

60/40 leaning towards Bynum driving the Rockets off the cliff. But at least then we Know we are rebuilding instead of the mediocre treadmill.

I would workout a deal for Bynum in a heartbeat. Would have to be a 3 team deal with LAL, ORL, HOU. Could we offer a package to ORL that they would consider better than just getting Bynum (since it looks like Bynum wouldn't sign an extension in ORL)? Maybe if we take on Hedo's contract as well?

HOU receives: Andrew Bynum & Hedo Turkoglu

ORL receives: Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Patrick Patterson, Jeremy Lamb, HOU 1st round pick via Toronto, HOU 1st round pick via Dallas

    LAL receive: Dwight Howard

Not sure if salaries work. But maybe something like this? No idea. :)

Why would the Lakers trade him for young players and draft picks? They aren't rebuilding...

If Bynum comes to Houston, it wouldn't be until next offseason.

bynum wants that $$$ and houston will have lots of it next season for 2 max players. If dwight trade doesnt work we should just play the season out and pick from the large list of FA avail next season

Ideal scenario for me is to wait till next year and sign Bynum.I would much rather howard ends up with the nets as opposed to lakers

If Bynum is interested in coming here, then I'm absolutely against a Dwight rental. We should keep our guys maybe pawn off Scola and Martin. Develop some of the young guns get a high draft pick and try to reload in the off-season.

Or we can just sign him in the offseason and keep our best assets.

I would not complain if the numbers work out. This the kind of trade that can be done if all parties are willing to do so(3way). Let us see what happens next week.

So would Magic do a 3 way with us and Lakers?

If Bynum does not want to go to Orlando then that would mean Orlando may be down to trade with Houston.?

We send our package to Orlando with picks and Martin and such.

    Lakers send Bynum to us?

    Orlando sends Howard to LA?
