Lol if rockets management thinks like this then that's the prime time reason rockets are not building a championship team. Gotta find something wrong with every great player.

Bynum certainly won't pass on a huge $$ contract, and hopefully he can attract big name stars??

Bynum always try to help Houston, I like him! He "intentionally" received technical fouls in his games against Houston so we could have beaten LA last season!

    But...

I thought our goal was to win a Championship, not just 'get a good center'.

If we can get the BEST, then why would we settle for the second best? We have to try to get the best first, and convince him to stay, first.

Then, and only then, if we (and 30 million extra dollars) can't convince him to stay, then we can work on getting the second best guy.

    Bynum is better, if healthy.

This! Throw in CP3 as our PG and that is a team I would love to watch grow together.

    So...

Andrew Bynum is going to walk away from extra millions and leave the LA Lakers to sign with the Houston Rockets outright as a free agent?

By chance, was Adriana Lima waiving a flag in your little dream?

You can win a title without having the best player at any particular position on the floor.

The whole point of taking Bynum is because we can't get Howard in the first place. That, or Bynum will sign an extension and Howard won't.

Either way, it's asinine to make the perfect the enemy of the good.

Why do you think LA is going to trade Bynum?

That would make an excellent signature for someone.

A fully healthy Bynum is better than a wheelchair bound Dwight.

If the Lakers trade for Dwight, he'll have no choice but to sign outright with a new team.

Well the conversations seems to be about acquiring Bynum in place of Dwight. I'm trying to figure out why anyone thinks we have that option.

With your first cut at this trade We could dive deeper into the dream world of the abysmal abyss.

As whackadoo as Bynum is I would trade for him this year in a multi team deal, but not go crazy about doing the deal.

Lets let the idea steep for a few days... see what happens with NY and Bulls offers we have for Lin and the Bulls center.

Lots of time to get Bynum or DH..

    Who knows.

Morey will be on top of it for sure.

Well Bynum has been floating around as a possibility in a Dwight trade. I assume the Rockets will attempt to stick their noses into any deal involving one or the other of those two. So, make of that what you will I guess.
