Andrew Iguodala? Is that Iggy's brother? Like Cliff Paul or Zoran Dragic?

    lol oops

This one of those times I hate that there's no edit option.

But anyway, what teams do you guys think will be desperate enough to offer him a big longterm contract? He's getting up there in age.

in all seriousness, iggy is the top rated 1 on 1 defender in the league. he cannot shoo at all anymore, but this team needs a defensive stopper. Honestly Chandler is a little overrated as a defensive stopper. I'll definitely take Iggy for Parsons. IF we can get another shooter.

Let's just say parsons d is good enough, I'd keep parsons. I don't think I'd pay whatever this 29 year old player wants.

    Parsons is cheap.

Soon to be 30 years old.

    Production across the board slipping...

    12 pts a game ... 30% on 3's.... 58% FT's

    All ready have Parsons

    PASS

He's opting out for a long term contract. He'll be one of the worst contracts in the league by the time he's 32/33. I can see some bottom tier team with potential offering him a contract just to stay relevant. Cavs would be relevant again with him and Kyrie.

Well good thing Mauri won't pay any attention to Iggy.

    I think he'll go East.

Its hilarious how no one wants to upgrade small forward because everyone is so in love with Chandler Parsons. Parsons is an average player - average on defense, nothing special on offense. He's a role player and replaceable. Sure he has a great contract, but if we can sign Iggy we should go for it.

    His game won't age gracefully

Parsons is younger, a lot cheaper, shoots better.

I know. Lets get a player that is 5-6 years old, is mediocre offensively, that is rapidly aging and will require all our capspace and give up an improving, younger player that is a perfect fit for our offense.

Are you serious with this? Even if Parsons is "replaceable" (which I disagree with) that would still be a ridiculous amount of money to invest in another role player, especially one that represents as marginal an improvement and limited shelf life as Iggy does.

I think the Bucks let Jennings walk, and bring him in to play the 2 next to Ellis at the one. They'll base this on the theory that an elite scorer with no D and an elite defender with no O will average out to a solid backcourt.

I'm sorry, but Iggy is just too limited offensively to be worth a big contract this summer. Rockets should stay away from him and the Nuggets need to let him walk.

He could be an impact player if his shooting wasn't so terrible.
